You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use PROP OCEAN services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in PROP OCEAN and your use of any third-party trading platform are permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you.
PROP OCEAN may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to verify your identity, eligibility, account status, or compliance with these Terms.
False, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in rejection, suspension, or termination of your account.

Each user may maintain only one PROP OCEAN account unless otherwise approved by PROP OCEAN.
Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, share, lease, or otherwise provide another person with access to your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
PROP OCEAN reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, duplicate accounts, manipulation, abuse, or violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

Certain PROP OCEAN services and trader programs are available only to users with an eligible Olymptrade account.

Where registration through a designated PROP OCEAN partner link is required, the Olymptrade account submitted during registration must have been created through that link and must be verifiable as an eligible account.

Providing an Olymptrade Trader ID does not automatically guarantee eligibility or approval.

PROP OCEAN may verify the Trader ID and associated eligibility before approving or maintaining access to applicable services.

If an account cannot be verified or does not satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements, PROP OCEAN may reject the application or restrict access to the relevant program.

PROP OCEAN and Olymptrade provide separate services.

Olymptrade accounts, deposits, withdrawals, trading execution, platform availability, financial instruments, and other services provided through the Olymptrade platform are subject to Olymptrade's own agreements, policies, risk disclosures, and applicable rules.

PROP OCEAN does not control the operation of the Olymptrade platform and is not responsible for platform outages, execution conditions, account restrictions, payment processing, or other matters controlled by Olymptrade.

Nothing in these Terms modifies or replaces any agreement between a user and Olymptrade.

Olymptrade Funded Program ↗

PROP OCEAN may operate evaluation programs to identify traders eligible for funded accounts or other opportunities.

Program requirements—including profit targets, loss limits, minimum trading activity, permitted instruments, account sizes, verification requirements, and other conditions—may vary by program.

The conditions displayed on the relevant program page at the time of participation form part of these Terms.

Participation in an evaluation does not guarantee that a user will pass the evaluation, receive a funded account, receive compensation, or achieve any financial result.

PROP OCEAN may review account balances, trading histories, Trader IDs, and other relevant information before approving an evaluation result.

A trader who satisfies the applicable evaluation requirements may become eligible for a funded account, subject to verification and approval by PROP OCEAN.

Eligibility does not constitute an unconditional guarantee that a funded account will be issued.

Funded accounts may be subject to specific trading parameters, including account size, maximum drawdown, permitted trading methods, risk limits, profit targets, and performance reward arrangements.

The applicable parameters will be communicated through the relevant program page, account information, or other official PROP OCEAN communication.

All traders must comply with the trading rules applicable to their account type.

PROP OCEAN's currently published rules distinguish between evaluation and funded accounts. The evaluation phase permits broader strategy flexibility subject to platform rules, while funded accounts are subject to additional restrictions, including limitations on Martingale strategies and prohibition of risk-free trading.

Any attempt to manipulate program results, exploit technical errors, circumvent risk controls, coordinate accounts improperly, falsify trading records, or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage may constitute a violation of these Terms.

Violation of applicable trading rules may result in disqualification, suspension or termination of a funded account, cancellation of eligibility, or forfeiture of unpaid performance-based compensation where permitted by applicable law and the relevant program rules.

Eligible traders may receive performance-based compensation according to the terms applicable to their funded account or program.

Performance reward percentages, calculation methods, payment schedules, eligibility requirements, and account levels may vary.

A displayed reward percentage represents the applicable sharing arrangement and does not constitute a guarantee that any particular amount will be earned.

Past payouts, rankings, testimonials, account performance, or examples displayed on the website are not guarantees of future results.

The Olymptrade Funded program itself similarly describes performance rewards as conditional on account parameters and trading performance rather than guaranteed returns.

PROP OCEAN may provide separate services or community access for approved Capital Partners.

Capital Partner status may be subject to identity, eligibility, or other verification conducted by PROP OCEAN.

Information displayed by Capital Partners in their profiles—including investment preferences, desired performance-sharing arrangements, interests, or other self-submitted information—is provided by the respective user unless expressly identified as verified by PROP OCEAN.

Registration or verification as a Capital Partner does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, an endorsement of any particular trader, or a guarantee of any transaction or return.

PROP OCEAN may provide member-only community features through which approved traders and Capital Partners can create profiles, view other eligible members, and communicate or request contact.

Certain profile information may be supplied directly by members, while other information—such as verification status or verified performance-related data—may be assigned or confirmed by PROP OCEAN.

Users must not provide false or misleading profile information, impersonate another person, misuse another member's information, scrape member data, send unsolicited commercial communications, or use the community for unlawful purposes.

Access to another member's private contact information may be subject to that member's consent and applicable PROP OCEAN functionality.

Information obtained through the community must not be used beyond the purpose for which the member made it available.

Fees applicable to a PROP OCEAN service, where any, will be displayed before purchase or participation.

Unless otherwise stated by PROP OCEAN or required by applicable law, completed purchases and fees are non-refundable once the relevant service, evaluation, membership period, or digital benefit has commenced.

Payments made directly to a third-party platform, including deposits made through Olymptrade, are governed by that platform's payment, withdrawal, and refund policies and are not payments made to PROP OCEAN.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and may not be appropriate for every person.

The value of positions can move rapidly, and losses may occur. Historical results, hypothetical results, rankings, testimonials, or previous payouts do not guarantee future performance.

Users should evaluate their financial circumstances, experience, objectives, and risk tolerance before engaging in trading activity.

Olymptrade likewise warns that transactions involving financial instruments carry substantial risk and may result in significant losses.

PROP OCEAN does not guarantee profitability, successful completion of an evaluation, receipt of a funded account, performance rewards, or any particular financial outcome.

Certain evaluations, demonstrations, statistics, examples, or performance information may involve simulated, hypothetical, or copied trading environments.

Simulated or hypothetical results have inherent limitations and may differ materially from results achieved under live market conditions.

They may not fully reflect factors such as liquidity, execution, slippage, market volatility, psychological pressure, or other conditions affecting actual trading.

Where a program uses simulated trading, such activity should not be interpreted as trading PROP OCEAN capital in a live market unless expressly stated otherwise.

Olymptrade's current Funded program likewise describes its assessment stage as trading on a simulated account.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information provided through PROP OCEAN is provided for general informational and program-related purposes.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Users remain solely responsible for their own trading and financial decisions.

Users may not use PROP OCEAN to engage in fraud, identity misrepresentation, unauthorized account access, manipulation of program results, infringement of intellectual property, harassment of other members, unlawful solicitation, automated extraction of member data, circumvention of access controls, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

PROP OCEAN may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable measures to protect its services, users, and programs.

PROP OCEAN may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to its services where a user violates these Terms, applicable program rules, eligibility requirements, or applicable law.

Where reasonably necessary, PROP OCEAN may also suspend access while verifying account information, trading records, identity, security concerns, or suspected misconduct.

Termination may affect access to member-only services, community features, evaluations, funded accounts, and unpaid rewards, subject to applicable law and the specific program terms.

Unless otherwise indicated, PROP OCEAN branding, website design, original text, graphics, program materials, and other proprietary content made available through the PROP OCEAN website are owned by or licensed to PROP OCEAN.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit such materials without authorization.

Third-party names, trademarks, platforms, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

PROP OCEAN processes personal information for purposes including account administration, eligibility verification, member services, communications, security, community features, and operation of its programs.

Community profile information may be visible to other authorized members according to the privacy settings and functionality of the service. Private contact information will not be intentionally disclosed to another community member through a consent-based contact feature unless the applicable disclosure conditions are satisfied.

Capital Partner Verification Materials
To verify or renew Capital Partner eligibility, PROP OCEAN may request documents or other information reasonably necessary to verify the applicant's declared capital or financial capacity. Such materials are used solely for eligibility verification, renewal, fraud prevention, and related administrative purposes.

Capital Partner verification materials may be retained for the duration of the applicable eligibility period, up to six (6) months from verification. Where new verification materials are submitted for renewal, previously submitted materials will be deleted after the renewal verification is completed, unless continued retention is required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to resolve an ongoing dispute, investigation, or legal claim.

Trader Performance Reward Verification Materials
Traders may submit records, screenshots, statements, or other evidence relating to performance rewards received through the applicable Olymptrade funded program. PROP OCEAN may use such materials to verify performance reward history, eligibility, member profile information, and community verification status.

Original performance reward verification materials will generally be retained for up to ninety (90) days following completion of verification and will then be securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is reasonably necessary for an unresolved dispute, fraud investigation, legal obligation, or other legitimate compliance purpose.

PROP OCEAN may retain limited verification results derived from submitted materials, such as verification status, verification date, or verified performance reward count, for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the member profile and community services.

Personal information and verification materials will be deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention period expires or when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Electronic Communications
By creating an account or using PROP OCEAN services, users acknowledge that PROP OCEAN may send service-related communications necessary for account administration, verification, security, eligibility reviews, program participation, and material service updates.

Promotional or marketing emails will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, after obtaining the user's separate consent. Users may withdraw consent to marketing communications or unsubscribe from such communications at any time without affecting receipt of essential service-related communications.

Further details regarding the collection, use, retention, disclosure, and deletion of personal information are provided in the PROP OCEAN Privacy Policy.

PROP OCEAN may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features, programs, account levels, eligibility requirements, trading parameters, or other services where reasonably necessary.

Material changes affecting existing users should be communicated through the website, member account, email, or another appropriate channel.

Continued use of the affected service following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PROP OCEAN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use its website or services.

PROP OCEAN is not responsible for losses arising solely from third-party platforms, market movements, internet connectivity, user trading decisions, unauthorized disclosure caused by a user's own actions, or circumstances outside PROP OCEAN's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
